Open Outlook 2007.
Click the 'Tools' menu, and select 'Account Settings'
Click on the 'Email' tab and click on the 'new' button.
Next select 'Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP' and click 'Next
On the Auto Account Setup window check the 'Manually configure server settings or additional server types' and click 'Next'.
Select 'Internet E-mail' option and click 'Next.'
User name: Your first and last name
Email Address: Enter your email address here
Under server information
Incoming mail server will be “mail.apexhost.com.au
Outgoing mail server will be “mail.yourISP.com” depending on who your ISP (internet service provider) is for example Telstra Bigpond, Optus Net.
ect. Your ISP will provide you with the correct details.
User name must be the WHOLE EMAIL ADDRESS
For example, if your email address is barry@apexhost.com.au then this will be your user name.
Enter your password you received in the set up email.
Test your account settings using the button to the right, and then click Next.
Click Finish!
